                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF
                   SEWER EASEMENTS FROM LARRY M. YOTHER,
                   RELATIVE TO CONTRACT NO. 76, DAYTONA HEIGHTS
                   COLLECTION SYSTEM, TRACT NO. 159 FOR A
                   CONSIDERATION OF SIX HUNDRED SIXTY AND
                   NO/100 DOLLARS ($660.00) AND TRACT NO. 162
                   FOR A CONSIDERATION OF ONE THOUSAND FIVE
                   HUNDRED AND NO/100 DOLLARS ($1,500.00), FOR
                   A TOTAL CONSIDERATION OF TWO THOUSAND ONE
                   HUNDRED SIXTY AND NO/100 DOLLARS
                   ($2,160.00).

       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized 
the
       purchase of sewer easements from Larry M. Yother, relative to
       Contract No. 76, Daytona Heights Collection System, Tract No. 159 

       for a consideration of $660.00 and Tract No. 162 for a
       consideration of $1,500.00, for a total consideration of
       $2,160.00.
